Oh, I just love this little dress. I have such a hard time fitting my daughter and the shirring makes it fit perfectly. The pattern is from Pink Fig. My daughter helped me pick the green fabric to add to the bottom of the dress. I think she had an eye for color. :) I also found the pattern for the headband from Pinterest....so addicted to that too. 
One with a smile of course.
